Welcome to Third Party Administration

Automation and Business Process Redesign has increased the opportunity for delivering business services to the corporate and government sectors and their customers using Third Party Administration providers such as FEXCO. FEXCO has over 25 years experience of providing outsourced administration services to Irish and international organisations.

We are acutely aware that organisations selecting a Third Party Administration Service Provider such as FEXCO are evaluating their business strategy in the light of stronger competition, tighter budgets, reduced margins and reduced customer loyalty. Indeed, based on our studies, outsourcing administration processes is done for many reasons, as illustrated in the below graphic:

reasons for outsourcing administration

Our experience is that organisations who seek to outsource Administration Services are faced with the most important challenge of choosing a partner who understands their goals and objectives, shares their vision and represents the best chance of creating a winning partnership.

A key rule in measuring the success of such a partnership is that both sides should be permanently winning as a result of entering into the partnership. Our customer experiences demonstrate how outsourcing Administration Services to FEXCO have enabled our customers to succeed in their business:

FEXCO has managed the administration of the Prize Bonds since June 1989. Prize Bonds are an Irish Government Security marketed directly to consumers in Ireland. Investors in Prize Bonds do not receive interest on their investments but enter a weekly prize draw, which awards hundreds of tax-free cash prizes. FEXCO has managed certain aspects of the Prize Bonds scheme since 1989 with its joint venture partner An Post under contract with the Prize Bond Company. FEXCO manages over 2.7 million customer holdings within the Prize Bond operation and handled over 500k transactions in 2008 including new issues, repayments, prizes, holding administration (e.g. change of address) and management of claims on behalf of deceased bondholders. The investment fund now stands in excess of €1,000 million.

FEXCO were selected in June 2009 to provide Customer Service and Grant Administration services to SEAI with regard to the operation of the HES scheme. The provision of these services involves a full-time team, located at FEXCO’s office in Cahirciveen. SEAI operates a variety of grant schemes to support investment in sustainable energy technologies. One such grant scheme aimed specifically at householders is the Home Energy Savings (HES) scheme. This Scheme provides assistance to homeowners who intend to upgrade the energy efficiency of an existing home through improved heating and insulation technologies. The scheme aims to improve the comfort and reduce the environmental impact of older Irish homes.
