FEXCO is Ireland’s largest indigenous outsourcing provider [Source: 2009 Irish Times Top 1000]. Our mission is to provide high quality, scalable business services to the Irish and International market and we seek to make things happen quickly while building sustainable outsourcing solutions and customer partnerships.
Our Payment, Customer Service and Administration Services are deployed through either dedicated Business Units, one-to-many Shared Service Centres or through Third Party Administration through which we leverage scale, share our world class expertise and deliver substantial savings and enhance service delivery. Performance success is benchmarked by industry and peer recognition. In 2009, we won three coveted customer service industry awards. Together with Bord Gáis Networks, we secured the overall CCA UK (Customer Contact Association) Excellence Award for ‘Best Customer Experience’ in the UK and Ireland. This partnership also won the ‘Best small or growing contact or shared services centre’ and ‘Best quality measurement programme’ awards at the CCMA Ireland (Contact Centre Management Association) Irish Contact Centre & Shared Services Award

As a result we adopt a partnership model with our customers to enable the successful delivery of our customer’s business through Shared Sourcing. It’s very much a case of helping our customers do more with less. We add value by combining our people with leading technology with our customers’ resources.
An enviable range of leading organisations have opted for FEXCO. We won the largest deal awarded in recent years to operate Bord Gáis’ customer service operations.
Since June 1989, we have managed the administration of the Prize Bonds, the Irish Government security marketed directly to Irish consumers. The fund grew to more than €1 billion in 2009.
In June 2009, the Irish state agency Sustainable Energy Ireland selected us to manage the administration, payment of grants and customer service for the Home Energy Saving scheme.
