Award winning performance:
Performance success is benchmarked by industry and peer recognition. In 2010, we won three coveted Contact Centre industry awards. Together with Bord Gáis Networks, we secured the overall CCA UK (Customer Contact Association) Excellence Award for ‘Team of the Year’ in the UK and Ireland. The two companies also collaborated to win this year’s Complaints Team of the Year award. Separately, FEXCO in partnership with Bord Gáis Networks won the top Irish industry accolade, the Contact Centre of the Year award at the CCMA Ireland (Contact Centre Management Association) Irish Contact Centre & Shared Services Award.

An enviable range of leading organisations have opted for FEXCO as their trusted partner. We won the largest deal awarded in recent years to operate Bord Gáis’ customer service operations.
Since June 1989, we have managed the administration of the Prize Bonds, the Irish Government security marketed directly to Irish consumers. The fund grew to more than €1 billion in 2009.
In June 2009, the Irish state agency Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland selected FEXCO to manage the administration, payment of grants and customer service for the Home Energy Saving scheme.
The Irish government recently awarded FEXCO a concession to provide Certificates of Irish Heritage, which will be available to an estimated 70 million people of Irish descent worldwide.
