FEXCO has a dedicated Software Development and IT Group working in-house, which enables us to design be-spoke IT solutions for our customers.
The FEXCO Software Group provides custom software development, support and maintenance to both internal and external clients. The key methodology used is Agile, which is an iterative and incremental approach to software development which contributes to producing high quality software in a cost effective and timely manner.
FEXCO has proven strength in Telecoms, IT and Network connectivity reflecting the scale of its global operations. Enterprise management systems are in place and considerable expertise on Management Information System and Data Analytics.
FEXCO knows that customer contact is critical to business. We have designed a robust, flexible, scalable and feature rich multichannel contact centre environment to communicate with our client’s customers and our own direct customers.
We have a number of in-house service desks supporting both software and operations. These are contact, appointment and tracking systems. The most recent service desk implemented by FEXCO employs OTRS©, ITIL compliant industry leading software. Full functionality includes:
