The communities we live in:
For 40 years, Fexco has embraced the positive impact an organisation can make across societal, environmental and economic levels. Fexco is also deeply committed to supporting the local community through its ongoing work with local chartable, school and sporting organisations, contributing to local sports clubs, fundraising and community events. The company maintains close links to the communities in which it operates while maintaining sustainable employment in these communities. Honesty and trust are the hallmarks by which we relate to customers, suppliers, employees, government, regulators and society overall.

Here are a few examples of our ongoing programmes:
- Fexco employee-led initiatives: Fexco’s People’s Council and Workplace Wellbeing Committee advocate on behalf of our employees to ensure that their feedback is addressed.
- Fexco’s LEAD Programme: a partnership development programme with the Irish Management Institute that supports the development of future leaders within Fexco.
- Flexible working: we continue to challenge ourselves to deliver a better work life balance through our highly flexible working model, a unique offering that ensures the wellbeing of all our colleagues.
- Fexco supports and invest in the ‘Women in Payments Network’ to support women to reach their full potential. The “Women in Payments Network” provides employees with access to invaluable peer support circles, run events on a variety of topics, provide industry insights, skills training and partner with Group HR to support and promote various HR initiatives to their members.
- Fexco participates on the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland’s, Women in Global Organisations Peer-Learning Mentoring Programme.
- Fexco is a member of the 30% Club which is a global campaign led by Chairs and CEOs taking action to increase gender diversity at board and executive-committee levels. The 30% Club host and participate in events aimed at promoting diversity at Board Level and partner with organisations to conduct research and highlight the importance of gender diversity and inclusion in leadership.

A national challenge which we are working on initiatives to address with programmes like our collaboration with the RDI Hub for the STEM Passport programme to bring more secondary female students into the world of technology
