Fexco achieves a ‘Team of the Year’ accolade at the prestigious CCA Global Excellence Awards

Financial technology company Fexco collected a coveted award at the Global Contact Centre Association (CCA) Awards last night, Wednesday 13th November.

The annual CCA Global Excellence Awards recognise companies and industry professional who have excelled in the area of service delivery of customer contact and customer facing solutions. The event took place in Glasgow with Fexco MBSO Software and Digital Creations winning the Team of the Year BPO and Outsourcing award.

Categories on the night included; Director of the Year, Industry Professional of the Year, Excellence in BPO Collaboration and Innovation in Customer Service.

More than 500 senior customer executives attended the event across leading public and private sector brands with over 150 shortlisted nominees chosen for entry across more than 20 categories.

CCA Chief Executive Anne Marie Forsyth said:

“Delivering world class customer service consistently in today’s 24/7 world requires exceptional people who can live up to exacting standards. I would like to warmly congratulate all of our winners who do just that on a daily basis.”

Topping the ‘Team of the Year’ category, Fexco’s (MBSO) Software and Digital Creations team’s submission was praised by the judges as an ‘exciting read’ with the ’impactful support and positive attitude’ of the team shining through.

The CCA also organised a two-day industry convention on November 12th and 13th in the Hilton, Glasgow. The convention, this year celebrates its 25th year in operation offering delegates the opportunity to share industry expertise and insights for the evolving sector.
