Financial technology company Fexco collected a prestigious award at the Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards on Saturday 16th November.
The annual award ceremony recognise companies and industry professionals who have excelled in the area of customer service excellence, in keeping with the CCMA brands motto ‘’People Promoting Excellence’’. The event took place in the Clayton Hotel, Dublin with Fexco MBSO Software and Digital Creations team receiving the highly commended award in the category of “Support Team of the Year”.
The team were highly commended for their innovation, plans for growth and development within the sector with the judging panel stating,

More than 500 senior customer executives attended the event from leading sectors with over 45 shortlisted nominees chosen across more than 15 categories.
Categories on the night included; Best training & development programme, Best Customer experience, Outsource partnership of the year and Best sales campaign.
