Fexco triumphs at the Contact Centre Association Awards

Financial technology company Fexco picked up a coveted award at the Global Contact Centre Association (CCA) Awards last night, Wednesday 25th November.

Hosted by the CCA at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow, the awards recognised companies and industry professionals that have excelled in the service delivery of customer contact and customer facing solutions. Categories on the night included; Best Customer Experience Centre, Industry Professional of the Year and Most Effective Training Programme for which Fexco received the award.

Topping the ‘Most Effective Training Programme’ category, Fexco’s Managed Business and Solutions Outsourcing (MBSO) division received the accolade in recognition of their training programme designed to equip agents with the necessary skills to deliver best in class customer contact services.

The winning programme, developed by Fexco in partnership with the Institute of Technology Tralee, provides an opportunity for Fexco employees to achieve a 3rd level qualification, relevant to their role. The qualifications available are HETAC Level 6 Certificates in Sales through Service and Team Leadership.

The CCA also organised a two-day industry convention on November 24th and 25th in the Hilton, Glasgow. The convention, this year themed ‘Festival of Engagement’ provided the opportunity for over 500 delegates to share industry expertise and insights with a view to continuously evolving and improving the sector

Attending the convention and awards was a team from Fexco including Denis Creighton, CEO of Fexco MBSO.
