Following an outstanding week for the company, Fexco has once again been counted amongst the best in the country having been named winner of the “Best use of Technology in Accountancy and Finance” category at the 2017 Irish Accountancy Awards for the EasyDebit product.
The Irish Accountancy Awards has established itself as the premier event for benchmarking excellence in the accountancy profession in Ireland. The awards, which took place on Thursday, 18 May at the Ballsbridge Hotel in Dublin, seek to recognise excellence in the delivery of accountancy and financial services and to identify, honour, and publicise outstanding achievements within the industry.
Launched in Manila in 2016, Fexco EasyDebit is a mobile cash withdrawal solution – the first of its kind in the Philippines. Fexco EasyDebit is a unique service that uses a mobile Point of Sale (or mPOS Pin Entry Device) and a mobile phone to allow customers withdraw cash using their ATM card at any number of local accredited merchants including; payment and remittance centres, retailers, rural banks and cooperatives instead of having to travel to an ATM.
