RE: NAME CHANGE – FEXCO ASSET FINANCE UNLIMITED COMPANY (THE “COMPANY”)
We wish to inform you that the Company was re-registered as a “private company limited by shares” in accordance with the Companies Act 2014 on 19 November 2021. The legal name of the Company has therefore changed as required by the Companies Act 2014 by the insertion of the suffix “Limited” in place of “Unlimited Company” as detailed below. However, we will continue to trade as Fexco Asset Finance.
