Fexco announces strategic investment in KSN Project Management

Fexco has today announced a strategic investment in KSN Project Management (KSNPM), a leading construction consultancy operating across Ireland and the UK. The investment strengthens Fexco’s Business Services division, expanding its positioning in the property, built environment and sustainability sectors in Ireland and the UK.

KSNPM delivers multi-disciplinary construction consultancy services to support the delivery of critical infrastructure for public and private development projects. Recognised for its strong technical expertise, execution focussed approach and long-standing customer relationships, KSNPM has a strong history of successfully delivering projects across the education, residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors. Recent successes include:

• Supporting Irish Government Departments in managing strategic projects, including purpose-built facilities and infrastructure programmes key to the delivery of the National Development Plan.
• Partnering with third-level institutions and statutory education authorities across Ireland to plan and deliver over 200 capital estates programmes, including campus developments, refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades and long-term estate strategies, improving facilities and services used by students, researchers and staff each year.
• Supporting the delivery of c.20,000 residential units for public and private sector clients, approved housing bodies and investment funds across complex multi-phase developments from inception through to handover, contributing to improved housing outcomes for an estimated 60,000 residents.
• Managing the development of key infrastructure for new Strategic Towns in Ireland. Attached to this, project managing more than 12 major infrastructure delivery packages, including drainage, water supply, utilities, roads, active travel infrastructure and public realm works within Strategic Development Zones, helping de-risk delivery and improve essential infrastructure.

The investment further bolsters Fexco’s Business Services division, integrating the Group’s property, managed and advisory services platforms with the KSNPM offering, giving customers access to a wider range of services. Together, the organisations will deliver a more integrated and scalable offering, supporting customers across the full property and infrastructure lifecycle.

Following the investment, the management team at KSNPM will continue to drive the company, led by Managing Director, Mark O’Neill. The transaction is subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
