Fexco’s Managed & Advisory Services 15 Year Partnership with SEAI
Since 2009, Fexco’s Managed and Advisory Services has partnered with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland to support Ireland’s energy transition. What began as a service contract has grown into a national collaboration built on trust, innovation, and a shared focus on delivering meaningful support to SEAI customers across Ireland.
Together, we support homeowners, businesses, and public institutions in making informed energy choices. Today, this collaboration enables almost 200,000 customer interactions each year and continues to evolve with the changing needs of society.
Smart Innovation That Serves People
Ireland’s energy system is transforming. Programmes are expanding. Customer expectations are rising. To respond, we have invested in smarter, more accessible services.
One example is Fexco SmartAssist. This platform uses artificial intelligence to deliver personalised energy advice. It helps people understand their energy options and make clear decisions, whether they are applying for grants, exploring home upgrades, or switching to renewable energy.
SmartAssist is combined with our customer service platform that supports phone, email, live chat, and online self service. This integrated system improves accessibility, reduces wait times, and makes it easier for people to take part in SEAI programmes.
In 2024, this partnership was recognised with the Outsource Partnership of the Year award at the CCMA Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards.
Service Built Around the Customer
Fexco’s Managed and Advisory Services leads the daily delivery of SEAI’s customer engagement. We also provide Energy Advisor Services to support individuals, small businesses, and larger organisations with tailored advice.
Alongside this, we support key national initiatives such as the Building Energy Rating scheme. These services give people the tools to assess energy performance and take meaningful action to improve it.
Our focus is always on clarity, access, and results. We make it easier for people to understand their options and take the next step.
