Paul Conroy plays an important role in supporting Fexco’s Sustainable Growth pillar through his work on PACE, the Group’s aviation emissions intelligence platform.

As Product Manager and a member of the PACE leadership team, Paul brings deep technical and product expertise to the ongoing development of a solution that supports aviation stakeholders in understanding and managing carbon emissions.

Paul’s work focuses on ensuring that PACE delivers accurate, governance‑ready emissions intelligence that can be integrated into decision‑making across regulatory, risk, and commercial contexts.

By combining robust data with scalable technology, he helps ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of a complex global industry.

RDI Hub

The RDI Hub is a not‑for‑profit innovation partnership between Fexco, Munster Technological University, Kerry County Council, and Enterprise Ireland.

Inspired by the vision of Fexco founder Brian McCarthy, it was established in 2020 and is co‑located at Fexco’s Killarney Road campus in Killorglin.

By connecting industry, academia, government, and entrepreneurs, the RDI Hub supports startups, scaleups, SMEs, and corporate partners to develop and scale innovative solutions, contributing to sustainable economic growth, talent development, and resilient communities across the Southwest of Ireland and beyond.

Fexco Property Services (FPS) provides managing agent services to developers, resident management companies, freeholders, and asset managers across England and Wales. FPS supports sustainable growth through its leadership in Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and Green Space Management.
